We had 2 cans of Hot and Spicy Century Tuna left and I remembered trying spicy tuna spaghetti years back and thought: "Hey! Why don't I make spicy tuna spaghetti!"
Some googling action led me to this site which had the easiest spicy tuna spaghetti recipe ever. EVER.
The three ingredients.
- spaghetti noodles
- olive oil
- 2 cans of Century Tuna Hot and Spicy variant

Emoting in Bato
It was my first time to take the barge from Bato, Cebu to Dumaguete and the coastal view was awesome!
While the trip to Moalboal is made through populated towns with people who have made the tiny national road an extension of their living rooms, the road to Bato was usually deserted and there were no clusters of people gathered along the road. It was so peaceful and serene and there were a few gorgeous houses facing the coast. As in Architectural Digest worthy houses (drool!).
Next up, Puerto Princesa :)
