Every Wednesday for this semester, I have go through a back to back to back class schedule. That's a triple combo of Pril, Corpo and Crim Law Review from 3-9pm, with no breaks in between.

By 7pm, it is already a physical challenge of some sort to feign interest and not to drop dead from sheer exhaustion. It also doesn't help that a few minutes before 9pm the professor keeps on promising to wrap up his lecture, as soon as he finishes with one last provision, just one more. But then a quick perusal of the book would reveal another provision ripe for discussion and a potential Bar question (as if all 300 plus provisions aren't...) so off he goes again. Finally, he's about to dismiss us but hold your horses because he must must must tell us about a meeting he had and that funny incident that happened to him along the way. Of course, this professor is not gifted with brevity so the allegedly quick kwento becomes a full blown epic (at least it seemed that way).

Hay naku, the perils of the law indeed. Still, as I've discovered throughout the weeks, all the discomfort, inis and general feeling of crabbiness can be more than sufficiently remedied with either a burger meal from McDonalds or a TLC with extra patty combo from Jollibee, or both, when I'm extra tired. Extra grease to combat extra fatigue.

Fast food is miraculous. It's comfort food at the most basic level. That's why after I've polished my burger, fries and soda, I'm good to go again.

What ever will I do without the clown and the bee?

I love evil food. =)

I remember a stormy night in Katipunan where we practically swam from Burgundy to Jollibee just to eat chickenjoy!

We walked in drenched to our souls, ate our fill, and swam back happy.
