My second attempt at making eggplant parmigiana was so much more successful than my first for the simple reason that it wasn't too salty anymore (and I also sliced the eggplant in circles, not wedges like I did the first time). Yes! Props to me.

I have sorely neglected this blog. I can't believe it's been almost 2 months since I last updated it. That's what happens when you run 3 blogs, write for a living and freelance as a writer. Something had to give and sadly, Sabitski Point was eased out.
Anyhoo, I'll be reviving this blog because I need a venue for my cooking experiments and they don't quite fit in my 3 other blogs. Yup, hell is about to freeze over because I've been cooking.
I'm still hoping that I can fit all my blogs in just one site, wouldn't that be great? Kind of like a holistic approach to....something. Basta, I hope I can convince G to do it, since as we all know, he has the technical know-how in this relationship, I only supply the beauty and charm :)
